2020 Gomersal Wines Rosevale Barossa Valley Shiraz
2020 Gomersal Wines Rosevale Barossa Valley Shiraz
A wine to celebrate our history, in 1964 the current home of Gomersal Wines was puchased by two Barossa locals and named Château Rosevale.
This Shiraz combines flavours of ripe raspberry and cherry, with aromas of berry fruits, spice, chocolate and soft tannins, to produce an elegant medium bodied wine that drinks well now and will reward patient cellaring.
FOOD SUGGESTION: Rib eye fillet steak and your favourite lamb dish
CELLARING: Drinks well now and will reward cellaring for 6 to 8 years
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ̊C
ALCOHOL: 14.5%
AWARDS & ACCOLADES:
"Beautifully ripe and enticing with black/blueberry, smoky bacon, olive and roasted hazelnut characters with a hint of dark chocolate, it’s wonderfully weighted and flavoursome in the mouth delivering fleshy texture and supple mouthfeel. Comforting and delicious. At its best: now to 2030. 93pts” - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
