Whether it’s an upcoming gala dinner, awards night, or business party, our stunning Barrel Room is the perfect setting for your event.

With beautiful high timber-beamed ceilings, corrugated iron walls, and native flora, we can dress the room to best suit your vision.

In winter there is a cosy fire to keep your guests warm, while in summer, the huge eucalyptus hardwood veranda that wraps around the tasting room provides plenty of shelter and cool shade. This also creates an ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks and canapés while watching the sunset.

The barrel room

The Barrel Room offers its own private bar, as well as a versatile space that can be set up in a variety of ways to give your cohort the best experience possible.

Our handcrafted long Oregon tables provide seating for up to 130 guests, and can be set with table runners, foliage, and candles if desired.

We can adorn the room with barrels and stools for a more relaxed cocktail style that encourages your guests to mingle, or, depending on the size of your group, a little bit of both tables and barrels.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A VIEWING AT THE VENUE?

Contact Gabriela via email (info@gomersalwines.com.au) or call at Cellar Door 08 85633611. It will be a pleasure to show you our venue.

HOW DO I BOOK MY CORPORATE CELEBRATION?

Upon your request, our event team will email you a registration form to complete. Once your form has been received an invoice will be raised requesting your booking deposit.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?

Upon sending invoice to the client we request the booking deposit within 48 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Deposit and all subsequent money paid (as per T&C) is non refundable.

CAN I USE MY OWN CATERER?

Gomersal Wines highly recommends several local Caterers who is experienced with working in our Venue. The process of sourcing menus and prices is simple. Any other preferred caterer you select must be able to supply Gomersal Wines with their ABN and supply a Certificate of Currency. If you require guidance – please contact Gabriela.

Aleesha, Gaby & the team at Gomersal are incredible. We got married there in April 2023 & from the day we first saw the venue and then did a wine tasting with Aleesha we knew we were at our place.
